摘  要:目的 探讨悬吊运动训练联合高压氧在痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿康复治疗中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年3月—2023年9月山东省滕州市妇幼保健院收治的84例痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采取常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取悬吊运动训练联合高压氧治疗。比较两组患儿的脑电功率、肢体运动功能、肌肉张力及平衡能力。结果 治疗后,观察组θ波值低于对照组,β波值高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表、Breg平衡量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组改良Ashworth量表评分为(2.07±0.14)分,低于对照组的(2.88±0.19)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 悬吊运动训练联合高压氧治疗可调节痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿脑电功率,增强肌肉功能,促进肢体运动功能、平衡能力恢复。Objective To explore the effect of suspension exercise training combined with hyperbaric oxygen in rehabilitation treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 84 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Shandong Province from March 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group received suspension exercise training combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of the control group.Electroencephalogram power,limb motor function,muscle tone and balance ability were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the θ wave value in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the β wave value was higher than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale and Breg Balance Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Modified Ashworth Scale score in the observation group was(2.07±0.14) points,which was lower than(2.88±0.19) points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Suspension exercise training combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can adjust the electroencephalogram power of children with spastic cerebral palsy,enhance muscle function,and promote the recovery of limb motor function and balance ability.
