悬吊运动疗法联合肌内效贴对痉挛型脑瘫患儿运动功能及姿势控制能力的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨悬吊运动疗法联合肌内效贴对痉挛型脑瘫患儿运动功能及姿势控制能力的影响。方法 选取2022年1月—2024年2月山东大学第二医院成武分院就诊的120例痉挛型脑瘫患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规训练干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用悬吊运动疗法联合肌内效贴干预。对比两组的运动功能、姿势控制能力、平衡能力。结果 干预后,观察组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表中上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能评分均高于对照组,躯干前后标准差、躯干左右标准差、躯干总标准差均小于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Berg平衡量表评分为(34.11±4.05)分,高于对照组的(29.78±3.97)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 悬吊运动疗法联合肌内效贴可有效改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿的姿势控制能力、平衡能力及运动功能。Objective To investigate the effects of suspension exercise therapy combined with intramuscular adhesive on motor function and postural control ability in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 120 children with spastic cerebral palsy treated in Chengwu Branch of the Second Hospital of Shandong University from January 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine training intervention,and the observation group received suspension exercise therapy combined with intramuscular adhesive intervention on the basis of the control group.Motor function,postural control ability and balance ability were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of upper limb motor function and lower limb motor function in Fugl-Meyer Assessment score in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the standard deviation before and after trunk,standard deviation around trunk and total standard deviation of trunk were lower than those in control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Berg Balance Scale score of the observation group was(34.11 ±4.05) points,which was higher than(29.78 ±3.97) points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Suspension exercise therapy combined with intramuscular adhesive can effectively improve the postural control,balance and motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy.
