摘 要:水下非接触爆炸等因素引起的舰船冲击对大型舰船装备的破坏具有严酷性。为此,提出一种基于模态综合法的时频结合抗冲设计分析方法。通过模态综合法建立了缩聚后的舰船装备动力学模型;根据时域模拟法和弹簧阻尼模型通过数值仿真获取了柔性边界下的冲击时域输入条件;通过仿真和坐标变换关系提取子结构薄弱环节处的冲击响应,给出了柔性边界下的大型舰船装备抗冲击设计结论和改进建议。The damage caused by non-contact underwater explosion is one of severe problems for large ship equipment.In this paper,a time-frequency analysis method for impact resistant design based on the modal synthesis method is proposed.The dynamic model of the condensed large ship equipment is established by the modal synthesis method.According to the time domain simulation method and the spring-damping model,the impact loads in time domain under the flexible boundary are obtained by numerical simulation.Through the simulation and the coordinate transformation relationship,the impact response at the weak link of the substructure is extracted,and the impact resistant design conclusion and improvement suggestions of the large ship equipment under the flexible boundary are given.
