摘  要:从物流企业实际需求出发,建立物流车辆安全控制系统平台体系,利用MATLAB软件,仿真分析平台核心机制算法,结合具体物流企业进行应用分析。研究结果表明,物流车辆安全控制系统温度监测部位覆盖广,相比有线车辆温度监测装置,无线监测装置安装简单,成本较低;在核心机制算法上,相比PID模型,Fuzzy-Pid上升时间快,响应度高,超调量较小,适应能力强;在物流企业实际应用中,物流车辆轮毂温度超预警频次较高,发动机、变速箱等温度较为稳定,预示存在刹车失灵、爆胎的情形,需要停车并进行安全检查。Starting from the actual needs of logistics enterprises,a logistics vehicles safety control system platform was established.MATLAB software was used to simulate and analyze the core mechanism algorithm of the platform,and combined with specific logistics enterprises for application analysis.The research shows that the temperature monitoring parts of the logistics vehicles safety control system cover a wide range,and compared with wired vehicle temperature monitoring devices,wireless monitoring devices are easier to install and have lower costs.In terms of core mechanism algorithms,compared to the PID model,Fuzzy-Pid has a faster rise time,higher responsiveness,smaller overshoot,and stronger adaptability.In practical applications of logistics enterprises,the frequency of over-temperature warnings for logistics vehicle hubs is relatively high,and the temperatures of engines and transmissions are relatively stable,indicating the possibility of brake failure and tire blowouts.Therefore,logistics vehicles need to be stopped for safety inspections.
