摘 要:涉农高职院校作为乡村振兴人才培养的重要阵地,承担着提供人力资源和专业技术支持的重要责任。涉农高职院校“三教”改革是全面提升乡村振兴技术技能人才培养质量和水平的关键要素。阐述乡村振兴背景下现代农业技术专业群建设的组群逻辑,分析现代农业技术专业群建设“三教”改革的目标指向,即实施“三模块”课程体系和“四融合”培养模式,提出现代农业技术专业群“三教”改革的现实进路:以教师改革为根本打造高水平教学团队,以教材改革为抓手开发新形态课程教材,以教法改革为突破推进高质量教法改革,用“政产教研用”五维协同人才培养保障机制来促进涉农高职院校专业群“三教”改革的有效推进。As an important position for talent training of rural revitalization,agriculture-related higher vocational colleges assume the important responsibility of providing human resources and professional technical support.The reform of teachers,textbooks and teaching methods in agricultural vocational colleges is a key element in comprehensively improving the quality and level of technical and skilled talent cultivation for rural revitalization.This paper first briefly expounds the group logic of modern agricultural technology professional group construction under the background of rural revitalization,and analyzes the target direction of the reform of teachers,textbooks and teaching methods in the construction of modern agricultural technology professional groups,that is,the implementation of“three modules”curriculum system and“four integration”training mode.Finally put forward the realistic approach of the reform of teachers,textbooks and teaching methods of modern agricultural technology professional group:building a high-level teaching team based on the reform of teachers,developing a new form of curriculum materials with the reform of teaching methods as the starting point,promoting the reform of high-quality teaching methods with the reform of teaching methods as a breakthrough,and promoting the effective promotion of the reform of teachers,textbooks and teaching methods in professional groups of agriculture-related higher vocational colleges with the five-dimensional collaborative talent training guarantee mechanism of“government,industry,teaching,research and application”.
