摘　　要：职业教育现场工程师专项培养计划的印发开启了现场工程师人才培养的新大门,其有效落实关涉到现场工程师培养当中最重要的人才质量成效,因而如何规避计划执行中可能出现的问题就显得至关重要。只有分析发现职业教育现场工程师专项培养计划政策执行中可能出现的阻滞因素,继而提出相应的消解策略,才能提高职业教育现场工程师专项培养计划政策执行效率,助力高质量完成现场工程师人才培养目标。The special training program of on-site engineer in vocational education has opened a new door for on-site engineer talent training.The effective implementation determines the training quality and effectiveness.Therefore,it is crucial to avoid potential problems that may arise during the implementation of the program.This article analyzes and identifies potential obstacles in the implementation of special training program policies,and proposes corresponding solutions to improve the efficiency of these policies in the hope of achieving high-quality talent training goals.
