“以赛促教”理念下高校人才培养模式的改革与探索——以专升本教育为例

摘　　要：在以高职院校为主体开展的专升本人才培养过程中,存在培养目标不明确、师资力量不足和校企合作不深等问题。针对这些问题,开展“以赛促教”实践,通过明确竞赛目标、融合竞赛项目与教学内容、搭建校企合作平台、建立评估机制等措施,落实专升本人才培养要求,有利于提升人才培养团队综合素质、激发学生学习兴趣和提高学生综合能力。In the process of“further studying in an undergraduate university after graduating from a vocational college”,which is mainly carried out in vocational colleges,there are problems such as unclear training objectives,insufficient teaching staff,and shallow college-enterprise cooperation.We can implementing the requirements for talent cultivation from vocational to undergraduate programs by clarifying competition objectives,integrating competition projects with teaching content,building college-enterprise cooperation platforms,and establishing evaluation mechanisms to promote education through competition.this is conducive to improving the comprehensive quality of talent cultivation teams,stimulating students interest in learning,and enhancing their overall abilities.
