高校辅导员职业心态对幸福感和教学动机的影响研究——基于自我效能感和职业价值感为链式中介的实证分析

摘　　要：采用整群抽样对高校辅导员进行问卷调查,并构建链式中介模型分析高校辅导员的职业心态对其幸福感和教学动机的影响及其作用机制。研究表明:高校辅导员良好职业心态可以显著提升其幸福感与教学动机;高校辅导员良好职业心态不仅能对其幸福感和教学动机产生直接作用,还能通过自我效能感与职业价值感之间的中介作用对其产生影响。A questionnaire survey was conducted among counselors by cluster sampling,and a chain mediation model was constructed to analyze the influence of career mentality of college counselors on their happiness and teaching motivation and its mechanism.The results show that:College counselors good career mentality can significantly improve their happiness and teaching motivation;Good career mentality not only has a direct effect on their happiness and teaching motivation,but also has an impact on them through the mediating effect between self-efficacy and career value.
