浅谈自动生产线在喷砂工艺上的应用

摘　　要：国家能源集团神东煤炭集团煤炭年产量逐年增加,需要修复的设备也逐渐增多,设备大修中壳体的表面除锈、除杂等工艺(喷砂处理工艺)尤为重要。目前,神东煤炭集团喷砂工艺完全依靠人工操作完成,一方面给操作人员带来不安全因素和职业病威胁,另一方面工作效率较低,表面处理质量相对较差(表面不均匀)。通过对自动生产线在工业上广泛应用的研究,应用到神东煤炭集团采煤设备的维修过程,研发一套设备箱体喷砂自动生产线将极大地改进喷砂质量、喷砂效率和降低职业病威胁。结合相关自动生产线技术和经验,探索自动生产线在喷砂工艺上的应用。The annual coal output of Shendong Coal Group,a subsidiary of State Energy Group,has been increasing steadily,resulting in an increasing number of equipment that needs repairing.However,the surface rust removal and impurity removal process(sandblasting process)is particularly important in equipment overhaul.Currently,the sandblasting process in Shendong Coal Group is entirely manual,which not only brings safety hazards and occupational health problems to the operators,but also lowers the work efficiency and results in uneven surface.By studying the extensive application of automatic production lines in industry and the current repair status of coal mining equipment in Shendong Coal Group,a set of equipment box sandblasting automatic production line can be developed to greatly improve the sandblasting quality,sandblasting efficiency,and reduce occupational health problems.Combining relevant automatic production line technologies and experience,this study explores the application of automatic production lines in sandblasting processes.
