摘　　要：实践智慧是工匠精神的内核。工匠精神的实践智慧注重以人为本,道技合一。工匠精神既需要传承其自身的道技传统,又需要体现新时代日益发达的科学技术应用的时代精神。新时代工匠精神的实践智慧注重知行合一,也注重新时代工匠技艺传承的实践路径。通过深入挖掘新时代工匠精神的实践智慧,能够在古为今用的意义上更好地发挥其内蕴的深厚的现代价值。Practical wisdom is the core of craftsman’s spirit,which emphasizes people oriented and the integration of Tao and skill.Not only should the craftsman’s spirit inherit its ancient tradition of the integration of Tao and skill,but also it should embody the time spirit of increasingly developed applications of science and technology in the new era.The practical wisdom of craftsman’s spirit in the new era pays attention to the unity of knowledge and practice,and also pays attention to the practice path of craftsmanship inheritance in the new era.By digging deeply into the practical wisdom of craftsman’s spirit in the new era,we can better exert its profound modern value in the sense of serving the past for the present.
