中醫手法治療兒童外傷性寰樞關節脫位1例

摘　　要：兒童寰樞關節脫位治療上大部份可採取保守治療,常規牽引治療是最常用的保守治療方法,但是存在一定的局限性,我們採取中醫手法複位成功治療1例外傷性寰關節脫位的患兒,結合相關文獻資料,探討本病的治療現狀與中醫手法治療優勢特點。Atlantoaxial joint dislocation in children is a common disease in children's orthopedics.Most children can be treated conservatively.Conventional traction therapy is the most commonly used conservative treatment method,but there are certain limitations.We successfully treated a child with traumatic atlantoaxial dislocation with Chinese manipulative repositioning,and combined with the relevant literature,we discussed the current status of the treatment of this disease and the advantages of Chinese manipulative therapy.
