摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中吞咽障碍患者应用聚焦解决模式下摄食训练对吞咽功能改善的作用。方法选取2021年1月至2022年2月在无锡市中心康复医院住院的110例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,以入住先后顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各55例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施聚焦解决模式下摄食训练,比较护理前、护理后2组患者负性情绪、吞咽功能及生活质量改善情况。结果护理前,2组患者焦虑、抑郁评分及洼田饮水试验评级和吞咽生命质量量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分及洼田饮水试验评级低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项生命质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中实施聚焦解决模式下摄食训练,减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善吞咽功能,促进病情康复,提升生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of feeding training based on solution‐focused brief therapy on swallowing function in stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods Patients with dysphagia after stroke who were hospitalized in Wuxi Central Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected in this study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the time of admission,with 55 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group received routine nursing and feeding training based on solution‐focused brief therapy.The negative emotions,swallowing function and quality of life of patients were evaluated before and after nursing intervention.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety,depression,water drinking test,or swallowing scale between the two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05).The scores of anxiety,depression,and water drinking test in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of the quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Feeding training based on the solution‐focused brief therapy can alleviate anxiety and depression,and improve swallowing function,the recovery and the quality of life for stroke patients with dysphagia.
