摘  要:对双碱法耦合聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)阳离子对污水的脱钙性能进行了研究。本实验对污水调pH值成碱性后加入磷酸三钠,使其形成沉淀清液脱钙率达到50%以上,再加入PAM阳离子使沉淀形成滤泥排出脱钙系统,结果表明,通过对污水调pH后加入磷酸三钠可以达到脱钙效果,加入PAM阳离子后可以使沉淀形成滤泥排出,这对于后续工艺继续处理污水废液减少结垢风险具有重要意义。The decalcification performance of double alkali PAM cation on wastewater was studied.In this experiment,after adjusting the pH of the wastewater to become basic,trisodium phosphate was added to make the decalcification rate of the precipitation clear liquid reach more than 50%,and then PAM cation was added to make the precipitation form filter mud to discharge the decalcification system.The results show that the effect of decalcification can be achieved by adding trisodium phosphate after adjusting the pH of the sewage,and the precipitation can be discharged by adding PAM cation,which is of great significance for the subsequent process to continue to treat the sewage waste liquid and reduce the risk of scaling.
