摘　　要：文书档案是中国传统档案的主要形式之一,蕴含着丰富的历史信息和文化遗产。在梳理既有研究的基础上,以制度史、管理史、文化史的视角,系统考察了文书档案文体特征、价值认知、管理利用的历史演变轨迹,分析了其中蕴含的政治制度文化、治理智慧和传统文化基因,探讨了文书档案对当代档案管理和历史文化传承的启示意义。旨在推动档案学与历史学、管理学等相关学科融合,为传统档案资源的整理、研究、传播提供新的理论视角和实践路径,进而更好地服务于优秀传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展。Document archives are the main form of Chinese traditional archives,which contain rich historical information and cultural heritage.On the basis of sorting out existing studies,this paper systematically examines the stylistic characteristics,value cognition,and historical evolution of management and utilization of ancient Chinese documents and archives from the perspectives of institutional history,management history and cultural history,analyzes the political system culture,governance wisdom and traditional cultural genes contained therein,discusses their implications for contemporary archives management,historical and cultural inheritance.This study aims to promote the integration of Chinese archival science,history,management and other related disciplines,provide a new theoretical perspective and practical path for the collation,research and dissemination of traditional archival resources,so as to better serve the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture.
