摘 要:环氧树脂因其出色的物理和化学特性广泛应用于各领域,但传统制备依赖不可再生资源。为提升可持续性,采用植物酚类化合物(白藜芦醇、间苯二酚和间苯三酚)合成了环氧单体REP及活性酯固化剂DDA和TDA,随后制备了不同交联密度的REP/DDA和REP/TDA体系,探究了生物质原料制备低介电环氧树脂的可能性。研究结果表明,多酚活性酯固化环氧树脂性能优异,与传统环氧树脂(10 MHz,4.3/0.0390)相比,REP/DDA介电常数更低(10 MHz,3.28),介电损耗也更低(10 MHz,0.0148),Tg-DSC高于95℃,层间距为4.52Å,7天吸水率仅为0.42%。Epoxy resins are used in a wide range of applications due to their excellent physical and chemical properties,but conventional preparation relies on non-renewable resources.To enhance sustainability,the epoxy monomer REP and active ester curing agents DDA and TDA were synthesized using plant phenolic compounds(resveratrol,resorcinol and resorcinol),and REP/DDA and REP/TDA systems with different cross-linking densities were subsequently prepared to explore the possibility of preparing low dielectric epoxy resins from biomass feedstocks.The results showed that the polyphenol-activated ester-cured epoxy resins exhibited excellent performance,with lower dielectric constant(10 MHz,3.28)and lower dielectric loss(10 MHz,0.0148)for REP/DDA compared with conventional epoxy resins(10 MHz,4.3/0.0390),Tg-DSC above 95℃,layer spacing of 4.52Å,and 7-day water absorption of only 0.42%.
