摘  要:煤岩界面图像的精准分割对于确保煤矿安全高效开采具有重要意义。针对传统图像分割方法在处理复杂煤岩界面时的局限性,提出了一种基于变形分数阶Lorenz混沌系统的煤岩界面图像分割方法。该方法首先利用变形分数阶Lorenz混沌系统的复杂动力学特性生成混沌序列,通过对图像像素点进行扰动,增强图像的细节特征;然后,结合混沌序列的分布特性,对图像进行初步分割,获得候选分割区域;最后,采用自适应阈值分割方法对候选区域进行精细分割,提取出煤岩界面的准确边界。通过在多组煤岩界面图像上开展试验验证所提方法的有效性,试验结果表明:基于变形分数阶Lorenz混沌系统的图像分割方法在分割精度和鲁棒性方面均优于传统方法,能够更准确地识别煤岩界面,并具有较好的抗噪性能和计算效率,为煤岩图像处理提供了一种有效方法。Accurate segmentation of coal-rock interface images is of great significance to the safety and efficiency of coal mining.Aiming at the limitations of traditional image segmentation methods in dealing with complex coal-rock interface,a new coal-rock interface image segmentation method based on deformation fractional order Lorenz chaotic system is proposed.Firstly,the chaotic sequence is generated by the complex dynamic characteristics of the deformed fractional order Lorenz chaotic system,and the detail features of the image are enhanced by disturbing the image pixels.Then,according to the distribution characteristics of chaotic sequence,the image is segmented initially to obtain the candidate segmentation region.Finally,the adaptive threshold segmentation method is used to finely segment the candidate regions,and the accurate boundary of the coal-rock interface is extracted.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by experiments on several groups of coal-rock interface images.The experimental results show that the image segmentation method based on deformable fractional order Lorenz chaotic system is superior to the traditional method in segmentation accuracy and robustness,can identify the coal-rock interface more accurately,and has better anti-noise performance and computational efficiency,which provides an effective method for coal-rock image processing.
