摘　　要：目的探讨低频重复经颅磁刺激(Low-rTMS)对脑卒中患者的康复治疗效果。方法选取2022年3月—2023年10月徐州市康复医院老年康复科收治的脑卒中患者74例,按照入院时间顺序分为康复组、常规组各37例。常规组予以常规康复治疗,康复组在常规组基础上接受Low-rTMS治疗,比较两组治疗前与治疗4周后的神经功能、认知功能、言语功能及生活质量。结果治疗4周后,康复组和常规组神经功能、认知功能、言语功能及生活质量均优于治疗前,并且康复组优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者在常规康复治疗基础上行Low-rTMS治疗,可有效促进患者的神经、认知及言语功能恢复,且在改善其生活质量方面具有显著优势。Objective To investigate the effects of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(Low-rTMS)on rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods A total of 74 stroke patients admitted to the Geriatric Rehabilitation Department of Xuzhou Rehabilitation Hospital from March 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into rehabilitation group and routine group with 37 patients in each group according to the order of admission.The conventional group received routine rehabilitation treatment,and the rehabilitation group received Low-rTMS treatment on the basis of the conventional group.The neurological function,cognitive function,speech function and quality of life of the two groups were compared before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the neurological function,cognitive function,speech function and quality of life in rehabilitation group and conventional group were better than those before treatment,and the rehabilitation group was better than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Low-rTMS therapy on the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy can effectively promote the recovery of neurological,cognitive and speech functions in stroke patients,and has significant advantages in improving their quality of life.
