摘 要:为科学评估军用无人机操控员岗位能力,采用模糊层次分析法建立评估模型,确定评估指标体系。首层分为飞行技能、飞行理论、维修技能和心理素质4个主要影响因素,第二层细分为15个影响指标,通过计算得到各影响因素的权重;使用模糊层次分析法计算被测对象岗位能力综合得分,获取最终评估结果。在此基础上,进行实例分析,结果表明该模型具备较强的科学性和可操作性。In order to evaluate the post ability of military UAV operator scientifically,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to establish an evaluation model and determine the evaluation index system.The first layer includes four influencing factors:flight skill,flight theory,maintenance skill and psychological quality,the second layer is subdivided into 15 influencing indicators,and the weight of each influencing factor is obtained through calculation.Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the comprehensive score of the post ability of the tested object and obtain the final evaluation result.On this basis,an example analysis is carried out,and the results show that the model has strong scientific and operational.
