课程思政落地实施的管理举措研究——以食品专业为例

摘  要:高校食品专业课程思政的落地实施对提高未来从业人员的食品安全道德水平具有十分重要的意义。为实现课程思政从被动要求到主动管理的根本改变,运用可量化的方法,分别从教师层面和学生层面探索课程思政落地实施的管理举措。教师层面的举措包括开展课程思政方面的思维训练,加强课程思政素材的日常积累,做好集体备课,开展教案评比,开展课堂教学管理,创新结课方式,通过积分量化监督实施;学生层面的举措包括将学生活动积分纳入课程计分管理,改革学生活动的奖励方式,促进学生活动专业化发展,促进学生活动项目化运作,开展学生活动场所联合共建,开展综合实践活动。The implementation of ideological and political education in food majors courses in universities is of great significance for improving the food safety ethics of future practitioners.To achieve a fundamental change in the implementation of ideological and political education in courses from passive requirements to active management,quantifiable methods are used to explore management measures for the implementation of ideological and political education in courses from both the teacher and student perspectives.At the teacher level,measures include conducting thinking training on ideological and political education,strengthening the daily accumulation of educational materials related to ideological and political education,preparing lessons collectively,conducting lesson plan evaluations,implementing classroom teaching management,innovating lesson course conclusion methods,and supervising implementation through point quantification.At the student level,measures include incorporating student activity points into curriculum scoring management,reforming the reward system for student activities,promoting the professional development of student activities,facilitating project-based operations of student activities,jointly building student activity venues,and conducting comprehensive practical activities.
