摘　　要：津沽大学家政系从1945年设立至1953年停办,历经7年多的发展,其办学背景、演变过程和阶段特征反映了当时社会对女性教育的需求和期待。家政系的教育目标从培养治家人才转变为保育师资,课程设置融合多元学科,兼具科学严谨与实用实效;教师聘任制度和学生选拔制度严格,教师队伍由国内外知名学者组成,学生多为家庭经济条件较好的女生;教学实习活动多种多样,教学考评严格规范,注重实践能力的培养。津沽大学家政系的办学经验对当今家政学科建设具有重要的参考价值,特别是在家政学专业学科及其师资队伍建设、不同层次家政专业人才培养等方面提供了启示。The Department of Home Economics at Tsin Ku University was established in 1945 and ceased operation in 1953.After more than seven years of development,its educational background,evolution process,and stage characteristics reflect the social demand and expectations for women's education at that time.The educational goals of the Home Economics Department has shifted from cultivating household management talents to nurturing childcare teachers.The curriculum integrates multiple disciplines,combining scientific rigor with practical effectiveness.The teacher appointment system and student selection system are strict,and the faculty is composed of well-known scholars from home and abroad.The students are mostly female students from families with better economic conditions;There are various teaching internship activities,strict and standardized teaching evaluations,and a strong emphasis on cultivating practical abilities.The operational experience of the Department of Home Economics at Tsin Ku University has important reference value for the current construction of the home economics discipline,especially in the construction of the home economics majors,its faculty team,as well as the cultivation of professionals at different levels.
