基于扎根理论的科技小院资源保障路径分析

摘　　要：新时代乡村振兴是实现民族复兴的重要组成部分,科技小院紧连着高校和田间地头,强调多学科交叉培养和专业知识与技能的实践拓展,故高校图书馆资源服务保障尤显重要。该文以中国农业大学科技小院的工作日志、问卷调查等文本为切入点,采用扎根理论分析方法,从原始文本中提炼出概括性经验,然后进行开放式编码和主轴编码,找到数据要素之间的关联,分析各要素之间的因果、结构等内在关系,形成理论核心类属模型。通过分析,提出图书馆资源服务保障助力乡村振兴的产学研协同发展、资源创新融合共享、文化提升和组织创新制度规范等保障路径和措施。Rural revitalization in the new era is an important part of realizing national rejuvenation.The sci-tech courtyard is closely connected to universities and fields,emphasizing multidisciplinary cross-cultivation and the practical expansion of professional knowledge and skills.Therefore,the guarantee of university library resources and services is particularly important.This paper takes the work diary,questionnaire and other texts of the Science and Technology College of China Agricultural University as the starting point,and uses the Grounded Theory analysis method to extract general experience from the original text,and then performs open coding and spindle coding to find the correlation between data elements,analyze the intrinsic relationships such as cause and effect,structure,etc.between each element,and form a theoretical core category model.Through analysis,this paper proposes guarantee paths and measures such as the industry-university-research coordinated development,integration and sharing of resource innovation,cultural improvement,and organizational innovation system norms to ensure library resource services to help rural revitalization.
