推进乡村全面振兴视域下农民主体性意识培育定位及路径研究

摘　　要：在“三农”工作中农民工作占据着重要地位,广大农民是加快推进乡村全面振兴的主力军。农民生产生活的积极性、主动性和创造性伴随主体性意识的生成持续发力,因而农民主体性意识培育的成效是影响乡村全面振兴的关键因素。从“理论认知”“情感支撑”“实践重心”3个方面明晰培育农民主体性意识的重要价值,定位农民在经济发展、政治参与和文化传承中的独特作用,进而明确农民主体性意识培育的责任主体、重点方向和坚实保障,持续实现广大农民在道德观念、专业技能和综合素质等方面的转变和提升,不断激发出推进乡村全面振兴的内生动力。Farmers'work occupies an important position in the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",and the majority of farmers are the main force to accelerate the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.The enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of farmers'production and life continue to exert force with the generation of the subjective consciousness,so the effectiveness of cultivating the subjective consciousness of farmers is the key factor affecting the overall revitalization of the countryside.We should clarify the important value of cultivating farmers'subjective consciousness from the three aspects of"theoretical cognition","emotional support"and"practical focus",locate the unique role of farmers in economic development,political participation and cultural inheritance,and then clarify the responsible subject,key direction and solid guarantee of cultivating farmers'subjective consciousness.We will continue to transform and improve the moral concept,professional skills and comprehensive quality of farmers,and constantly stimulate the internal driving force for promoting all-round rural revitalization.
