“双高”建设背景下高职院校涉农专业学生创新创业能力提升路径研究——以茶叶生产与加工技术专业为例

摘　　要：专创融合教育已成为“双高”建设中的关键,也是培养具备茶产业链高质量发展所必需的理论知识和核心技能的茶叶专业创新专业人才的必然要求。基于目前高职院校茶叶生产与加工技术专业学生创新创业能力培养中存在的问题,如思政融入不足、课程设计不完善、师资不完备、实践体系不完整、质量评价体系不健全及支持力度不够等,提出通过融入“爱农-重农-兴农”的“三农”情怀思政教育、设计“通-专-辅”三位一体课程体系、培育“专-兼-跨”协同育人师资队伍、打造“学-赛-训”深度融合实践体系、完善“内部与外部-定量与定性-过程与结果”多维评价体系及构建“政策-平台-文化”全面支持保障体系等路径,全面提升学生创新创业能力,以满足现代农业和乡村振兴对高质量茶产业创新创业人才的需求。Specialty-innovation integrated education has become the key in the construction of"double high"schools,and it is also an inevitable requirement for cultivating tea professional and innovative professionals with the theoretical knowledge and core skills necessary for the high-quality development of the tea industry chain.Based on the current problems in cultivating the innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities of students majoring in tea production and processing technology in vocational colleges,such as insufficient ideological and political integration,imperfect curriculum design,incomplete teachers,incomplete practice system,imperfect quality evaluation system,and insufficient support.It is proposed to comprehensively improve students'innovation and entrepreneurship by integrating ideological and political education with the feelings of"loving agriculture-valuing agriculture-promoting agriculture"and"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",designing a trinity curriculum system of"universal-professional-auxiliary",cultivating a team of"professional-part-time-cross-discipline"collaborative education teachers,and creating a"learning-competition-training"deeply integrated practical system,improving the multi-dimensional evaluation system of"internal and external-quantitative and qualitative-process and result",and building a"policy-platform-culture"comprehensive support and guarantee system,so as to improve students'ability in innovation and entrepreneurship and thereby meet the needs of modern agriculture and rural revitalization for high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the tea industry.
