摘 要:新农科建设,作为农科类专业教育的核心改革举措,致力于推动高等教育实现从传统农业教育向现代农业教育的转型与升级,同时促进跨学科融合与发展。在全面建设社会主义现代化国家的伟大征程中,农村地区承载着最为艰巨和繁重的历史使命,为全面落实中国式现代化的发展蓝图,必须坚定不移地践行乡村振兴战略。人才振兴作为乡村振兴的基础性工程,对其顺利推进具有至关重要的作用。因此,培育适应新农村建设需求的新农科专业人才显得尤为关键,他们将成为推动乡村振兴的核心力量。该文以新农科建设历程为切入点,阐明现代农业发展市场需求和政策引导,乡村振兴与新农科专业人才培养的契合点,分析新农科专业人才培养面临的困境,最后提出相应的创新与实践建议。该文将从教育模式改革、校企合作、产学研融合、课程体系设计及实习实践环节等方面探讨新农科人才培养的创新举措。The construction of new agricultural sciences,as the core reform measure in agricultural professional education,is committed to promoting the transformation and upgrading of higher education from traditional agricultural education to modern agricultural education,as well as facilitating interdisciplinary integration and development.In the great journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country,rural areas undertake the most arduous and onerous historical tasks.To fully implement the development blueprint of Chinese-style modernization,it is essential to unswervingly implement the rural revitalization strategy.Talent revitalization,as a fundamental project of rural revitalization,plays a crucial role in its smooth progress.Therefore,it is of particular importance to cultivate new agricultural professionals who can meet the needs of new rural construction,and they will become the core force in promoting rural revitalization.Starting from the process of the construction of new agricultural sciences,this paper elaborates on the market demands and policy guidance for modern agricultural development,the convergence points between rural revitalization and the training of new agricultural professionals,analyzes the difficulties encountered in the training of new agricultural professionals,and finally puts forward corresponding innovative and practical suggestions.This paper will explore the innovative measures for new agricultural talent training from aspects such as the reform of educational models,school-enterprise cooperation,the integration of industry,academia and research,and the design of curriculum systems as well as practical training.
