两种测定复方磺胺甲噁唑片中有效成分的方法比较

摘　　要：用标准曲线法和单点法两种双波长分光光度法比较复方磺胺甲噁唑片中磺胺甲噁唑(SMZ)和甲氧苄啶(TMP)含量。结果显示标准曲线法浓度与吸收度差值呈良好的线性关系,两被测成分的平均回收率和RSD分别为SMZ 99.59%和0.83%,TMP 99.30%和0.15%。单点法测定SMZ的回收率为93.58%,TMP的回收率为99.08%。两种方法均表现出较好的回收率,标准曲线法的结果准确度更高,单点法操作更简单方便,均可作为该片剂质量控制的参考方法。Comparison of sulfamethoxazole(SMZ)and trimethoprim(TMP)in compound sulfamethoxazole tablets by double wavelength spectrophotometry using standard curve and single point methods.The results showed a good linear relationship between the concentration of the standard curve method and the absorption difference,and the average recovery and RSD of the two tested components were SMZ 99.59%and 0.83%,TMP 99.30%and 0.15%.The recovery of SMZ was 93.58%and 99.08%for TMP.Both methods showed better recovery rate,higher accuracy of standard curve method and easier operation of single point method,which can be used as a reference method for quality control of this tablet.
