摘　　要：产业工人的职业技能直接影响产品的质量和企业效益。当前,江苏省产业工人存在匹配度不高和结构断层的情况。由于产业工人自身原因、部分企业短视行为、政府部门协作不够,当前产业工人职业技能培训存在“误区”“脱节”和“盲点”。针对存在的问题,需要激发产业工人主观意愿,构建多层次、全覆盖的产业工人技能培训体系,推动多元化、灵活型的产业工人培训就业模式,完善多渠道、外延式的产业工人培训保障体系,发挥政府的职能,提升产业工人职业培训水平。The vocational skills of industrial workers directly affect the quality of products and the efficiency of enterprises.Currently,there is a situation of low matching and structural discontinuity among industrial workers in Jiangsu Province.Due to the industrial workers own factors,short-sighted behavior of some enterprises,and insufficient cooperation among government sectors,there are currently“misconceptions”,“disconnection”and“blind spots”in vocational skill training for industrial workers.In response to the existing problems,it is necessary to stimulate the subjective willingness of industrial workers,build a multi-level and fully-covered skill training system for industrial workers,promote diversified and flexible training and employment models for industrial workers,improve the multi-channel extended training guarantee system for industrial workers,give full play to the functions of the government,and enhance the vocational training level of industrial workers.
