摘　　要：国际牙外伤学会(International Association of Dental Traumatology,IADT)与运动牙科学会(Academy for Sports Dentistry,ASD)于2024年2月联合发布了牙外伤预防指南。本版指南以临床实践为出发点,系统总结了针对牙外伤的各种预防策略与管理方法,旨在建立一套标准化的牙外伤预防规程。本文对该指南进行深入的解析,其目标是辅助临床医师熟练掌握并实施新版指南,以期望实现对牙外伤的有效预防,减轻其潜在的负面影响。In February 2024,the International Association of Dental Traumatology(IADT)and the Academy for Sports Dentistry(ASD)jointly released guidelines for the prevention of dental trauma.Drawing on clinical practice,these guidelines systematically summarize various prevention strategies and management methods for dental trauma with the aim of establishing standardized procedures for its prevention.This article offers a comprehensive analysis of the guidelines,aiming to assist clinicians in mastering and implementing the new version in order to effectively prevent dental trauma and reduce its potential negative effects.
