摘  要:目的分析可视化精准电生理诊疗技术在乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿中的临床治疗应用。方法选取2022年6月至2023年6月东莞市人民医院乳腺外科就诊的8例乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的患者,均接受可视化电生理诊疗技术治疗。比较8例患者治疗前后的上臂周径之间的差异、焦虑、抑郁评分差异。结果治疗后,上臂周径(29.44±1.40)cm,较治疗前缩短,焦虑评分量表(4,13±1.25)分、抑郁评分量表(3.25±1.28)分均较前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可视化精准电生理诊疗技术可以有效治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿,并能够减轻患者焦虑和抑郁等心理问题,具有较好的应用价值。Objective Analysis of the clinical application of visual precision electrophysiological diagnosis and treatment technology in the treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.Methods A retrospective collection of 8 patients with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery in the Breast Surgery Department of our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023,all of whom received visual electrophysiological diagnosis and treatment technology.Compare the differences in upper arm circumference,anxiety,and depression scores of 8 patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the upper arm circumference was(29.44±1.40)cm,which was shorter than before treatment.The scores of anxiety rating scale(4,13±1.25)and depression rating scale(3.25±1.28)were both lower than before.The difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Visualized precision electrophysiological diagnosis and treatment technology can effectively treat upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery,and can reduce patients psychological problems such as anxiety and depression,and has good application value.
