高校学生管理制度主体性视域的应然、实然与使然

摘　　要：从学生主体性视域来看,高校学生管理制度在应然与实然之间存在一定背离。具体而言,在应然的价值层面,高校学生管理制度应彰显出对学生本位的守望、自由性的保障以及主体性发展的促进;但在实然的现实层面,高校学生管理制度因大量异化、失灵与缺位现象的存在,导致制度对学生主体性的遮蔽与背离。实现高校学生管理制度从实然到应然的转变,高校需树立学生“主体人”制度观;实现制度共性与个性的融合、规制性与自由性的平衡、工具性与人本性的协调;优化制度主体关系,构建管理者与学生之间民主、平等的主体间性关系。From the prospective of student subjectivity,there exists some deviation of college student management regulations between the ideal and reality.Specifically,in the value aspect of the ideal,college student management regulations should reflect the retention of student center,the seeking for freedom and the promotion of student development.However,in the real situation,college student management regulations shade away or deviate from student subjectivity owing to the regulatory alienation,failure and absence.Therefore,universities need to establish the conception of regulations looking upon students as an independent subject,negotiate the generality of regulations and students' individuality,balance rules and freedom,collaborate instrumentality and humanism,and establish a democratic and equal inter-subjective relation between administers and students.
