四川松潘县川主寺镇金河坝村泥石流基本特征及防治建议

摘　　要：通过对松潘县川主寺镇金河坝村泥石流实地勘查研究,分析了该泥石流形成条件及发育特征,认为金河坝村泥石流属沟谷+降雨+中频+中型+稀性泥石流。对其泥石流启动模式及诱发因素分析认为,再次暴发较大规模泥石流的可能性较大。提出“稳拦为主,拦排结合”的防治建议,对保护人民群众生命财产安全、保障当地经济持续健康发展具有积极意义。The formation conditions and development characteristics of the debris flow in Jinheba village,Chuanzhusi Town,Songpan County,were analyzed and summarized based on a field investigation of the debris flow.Based on comprehensive research,a proposal for the prevention and control of debris flows is presented.This proposal,which is based on the principles of"stabilizing containment and combining containment and drainage,"has positive implications for the protection of human life and property,as well as for the sustained and healthy development of the local economy.
