摘  要:介绍了一种能耗仿真计算方法,用来判断固定线路运行的纯电动商用车能否通过动能回收来达到零电耗或较小电耗的状态,通过本能耗仿真计算方法,选择更合适当前固定线路的永磁电机.本文选择了市场上在不同重型商用车上使用的3款永磁电机参数,通过仿真验证不同的永磁电机对车辆的能耗的影响,选出最适合当前线路的永磁电机,结果表明通过能耗仿真方法能够帮助我们选择更合适的电机.An energy consumption simulation calculation method is introduced to determine whether a pure electric commercial vehicle running on a fixed line can achieve a state of zero or less power consumption through kinetic energy recovery,and to select a more suitable permanent magnet motor for the current fixed line through this energy consumption simulation calculation method.In this paper,three PM motors used in different heavy-duty commercial vehicles in the market are selected to verify the influence of different PM motors on the energy consumption of the vehicle through simulation,and select the most suitable PM motor for the current route,and the results show that the energy consumption simulation method can help us to select a more suitable motor.
