摘 要:建立了油气弹簧连接部件的有限元模型,通过油气弹簧动态性能试验台获取了连接销子的常规工况载荷边界.针对连接销子和球支座的疲劳寿命,分别从销子直径、材料屈服强度的设计参数和最大载荷的运行参数开展了有限元计算分析.最后基于正交试验法对三种影响因素进行了灵敏度分析.结果显示连接销子和球支座疲劳寿命与销子直径和材料屈服强度呈正相关,与最大载荷呈负相关,且疲劳寿命对三种影响因素的敏感性为最大载荷>销子直径>材料屈服强度.A finite element model of the connecting parts of oil-gas springs was established,and the conventional working condition load boundary of the connecting pin was obtained by the dynamic performance test bench of oil and gas springs.For the fatigue life of connecting pins and ball bearings,finite element calculation analyses were carried out from the design parameters of pin diameter,material yield strength and operating parameters of maximum load,respectively.Finally,a sensitivity analysis of the three influencing factors was carried out based on the orthogonal test method.The results show that the fatigue life of connecting pin and ball bearing is positively correlated with pin diameter and material yield strength,and negatively correlated with maximum load,and the sensitivity of fatigue life to the three influencing factors is maximum load>pin diameter>material yield strength.
