摘 要:在工程设计中,让各种设备管道穿越H型钢梁腹板,可以充分利用建筑净空、降低建筑层高、节约工程造价。这个措施在国内外的钢结构设计中得到了大量的应用。尤其是在钢梁腹板中开设多个洞口的情况日益频繁。为研究腹板开洞H型钢梁的受力性能,采用有限元软件建立多个模型,计算和分析了洞口大小、位置、形状及加劲板对H型钢梁受弯承载力的影响,并总结其变化发展规律。有限元计算结果表明:洞口的宽度、高度、形状以及加劲肋等对H型钢梁承载力均有一定的影响。In engineering design,allowing various equipment pipelines to pass through the web of H-beam steel can fully utilize building clearance,reduce building height,and save construction costs.This measure has been widely applied in steel structure design both domestically and internationally.Especially,the situation of opening multiple holes in the steel beam web is becoming increasingly frequent.To investigate the mechanical properties of H-beam with web openings,this paper establishes a model using finite element software to calculate and analyze the effects of opening size,location,shape,and stiffening plate on the bearing capacity of H-beam,and summarizes the variation and development patterns.The finite element calculation results indicate that the width,height,shape of the opening,and stiffening rib all have certain impacts on the bearing capacity of H-beam.
