近30年外阴癌研究热点和研究前沿的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的探讨近30年来外阴癌的研究热点和研究前沿,为我国外阴癌相关研究的发展提供依据。方法以外阴癌为关键词,使用CiteSpace 5.8对中国知网与Web of Science核心数据库中1993-2022年的外阴癌研究进行文献计量学分析,并对发文趋势、作者、国家、关键词、突现词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入中文文献250篇,英文文献916篇;与中文文献相比,外阴癌的英文文献发文量整体呈上升状态;外阴癌核心作者群初步形成;发文国家以美国为首。外阴上皮内瘤变、人乳头状瘤病毒以及影响患者预后、复发的因素是英文文献外阴癌研究的热点;腹腔镜手术、腹股沟淋巴结清扫、护理方式、并发症、预后、生存率是中文文献外阴癌的研究热点;外阴癌诊断、靶向治疗分子层面的寻找、阳性淋巴结数量、腹腔镜等新型手术方式的应用是其研究前沿。结论国际外阴癌研究已进入上升期,我国外阴癌研究发展相对平缓。未来研究者可从手术方式、分子层面的患者诊断、靶向治疗等方面努力拓展临床新内容,护理工作者也可在解决外阴癌临床问题的同时关注患者的心理状态、性健康等。Objective To explore the research hotpots and frontiers of foreign vulvar carcinoma in the past 30 years,and to provide a reference for the development of vulvar carcinoma research in China.Method CiteSpace 5.8 visualization software was used,data which concluded publication trend,authors,countries,keywords,emergence word and cluster analysis in the CNKI and Web of Science core database from 1993 to 2022 were analyzed.Result A total of 250 Chinese and 916 English literatures were retrieved and compared with the domestic,the number of vulvar carcinoma publications in the world was on the rise.The United States was the leading country and the core cooperation team was formed initially.The research hotpots in the world mainly focused on intraepithelial neoplasia,HPV,prognostic factor,survival,lymph node and the Chinese literatures mainly focus on laparoscopic surgery,inguinal lymph node dissection,patient nursing,complications,prognosis,nurse survival.Research frontiers focused on diagnosis,tumor marker,number of positive lymph nodes,and new surgical methods.Conclusion The research of foreign vulvar cancer is still in a rise stage,but relatively flat our country.Researchers can make efforts to expand clinical and nursing new contents and actively promote them from the aspects of surgical methods,diagnosis,targeted therapy,inguinal lymph nodes,quality of life and so on.
