摘　　要：慢性难愈合创面是指在接受治疗3个月后,仍无法进入正常愈合进程,或愈合明显延迟的创面类型。此类创面的愈合过程受到感染、炎症反应、缺血以及神经病变等多种因素的共同抑制。使用传统方式难以取得理想疗效。自体微粒皮种植术作为近年来迅速发展的技术,因其封闭创面快、扩展比例大等优点,被广泛应用于慢性难愈合创面的修复。目前仍缺乏大规模的临床数据来验证其长期效果和广泛适用性。该文对微粒皮种植术治疗慢性难愈合创面的研究进展作一综述。Chronic non-healing wounds refer to the type of wounds that cannot enter the normal wound healing process or have significantly delayed healing after 3 months of treatment.The healing process of such wounds is jointly inhibited by various factors such as infection,inflammatory response,ischemia and neuropathy.Traditional treatment methods are difficult to achieve ideal therapeutic effects for the patients.Autologous microskin grafting,as a rapidly developing technique in recent years,is widely used for the repair of chronic non-healing wounds due to its advantages of fast wound closure and large expansion scale.At present,there is still a lack of large-scale clinical data to verify the long-term effectiveness and wide applicability of microskin grafting.This paper provides a review of the research progress on the application of microskin grafting in treatment of chronic non-healing wounds.
