摘 要:开发了一种基于金属有机框架材料(MOFs)UiO-66新型分散固相萃取方法。该方法采用UiO-66为吸附剂,用于选择性富集提取米糠油中的目标农药残留物,并结合气相色谱-三重串联四极杆质谱(GC-MS/MS)进行检测。结果表明,方法线性相关系数在0.9992~0.9998之间,具有良好的线性关系。农药的检测限为0.357~1.824 ng·g^(-1),定量限为1.19~6.08 ng·g^(-1)。通过加标回收实验,评估了方法的准确性和精密度。农药的加标回收率为74.1%~116.9%。日内平行性实验精密度为2.1%~6.1%,日间平行性实验精密度为8.3%~12.7%,满足农药残留分析(RSD≤20%)的要求。将此方法成功应用到四种不同品牌的米糠油中目标农药残留的检测。A novel dispersive solid-phase extraction method using metal-organic framework materials(MOFs)UiO-66 as adsorbent was developed for the enrichment and extraction of target pesticide residues in rice bran oil.The method was combined with gas chromatography triple tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)for detection.The results showed that the method has good linearity with linear correlation coefficients ranged from 0.9992 to 0.9998.The limits of detection(LODs)for the pesticides were in the range of 0.357~1.824 ng·g^(-1),and the limits of quantification(LOQs)were in the range of 1.19~6.08 ng·g^(-1).The accuracy and precision of the method were assessed by performing spiked recovery experiments.The recoveries of pesticides ranged from 74.1%to 116.9%.The precision of the intra-day experiments ranged from 2.1%to 6.1%,and the precision of the inter-day experiments ranged from 8.3%to 12.7%,which met the requirements of pesticide residue analysis(RSD≤20%).The method was also applied to the detection of target pesticide residues in four different brands of rice bran oil.
