摘 要:金课具有高阶段性、创新性、挑战度,打造管理学金课,对高职文秘专业人才的培养至关重要。课程思政赋予教育全新的时代要求,在教学过程中融入思政元素,培养复合型技术技能人才,是高职管理学尚待解决的问题。通过分析金课建设的概念及内涵、探索管理学金课的标准,提出管理学金课的建设思路,在计划、组织、领导、控制、创新五大职能中提出融入课程思政元素的构想,以金课建设引领课程思政教育进课堂,培养合格且具有竞争力的高素质管理人才。Golden courses are characterized by their high level of progression,innovation,and challenge,in that case,creating a Management Golden Course is crucial for cultivating talents in the field of higher vocational secretarial studies.Although ideological and political education in courses endows education with new era requirements,the integration of ideological and political elements into the teaching process and the cultivation of composite technical and skilled talents are still unresolved issues in higher vocational management.By analyzing the concept and connotation of the construction of golden courses,this paper explores the standards of management golden courses,propose the construction ideas of management golden courses,the concept of integrating ideological and political elements into the five functions of planning,organizing,leading,controlling,and innovating.Using golden course construction to lead the integration of ideological and political education into the classroom is an innovation in higher vocational education reform and a key to cultivating high-quality talents.
