摘 要:探究情感劳动在高职心理健康教学中的互动机制与效应,以促进学生心理健康素养提升及教学效果优化。通过实证分析,观察情感劳动如何促进师生间深度情感联结与互动,评估其对学生心理健康教育及教学效果的影响。研究结果发现:情感劳动显著增强了师生情感纽带,提升学生心理健康意识,优化教学效果,促进学生心理健康素养全面发展。研究揭示了情感劳动在高职心理健康教育中的重要作用,为提升教学质量、促进学生全面发展提供了新视角与实践指导,对高职教育质量提升具有重要意义。This paper explores the interactive mechanisms and effects of affective labour in higher vocational mental health teaching,in order to promote the enhancement of students'mental health literacy and the optimization of teaching effectiveness.Through empirical analysis,we observed how emotional labour promotes deep emotional ties and interactions between teachers and students,and assessed its impact on students'mental health education and teaching effectiveness.The results of the study found that affective labour significantly enhances the emotional bond between teachers and students,improves students'mental health awareness,optimizes teaching effectiveness,and promotes the overall development of students'mental health literacy.The study reveals the important role of affective labour in higher vocational mental health education,provides new perspectives and practical guidance for improving teaching quality and promoting students'comprehensive development,and is of great significance to the quality improvement of higher vocational education.
