摘 要:抽水蓄能电站水头高,地下厂房结构振动问题突出,启停频繁,地下厂房动力响应分析作为厂房设计研究中的重点问题受到更多关注。以陕西镇安抽水蓄能电站为例,利用ANSYS有限元软件建立地下厂房实体模型,通过进行厂房自振特性及共振分析和对机组荷载及压力脉动作用下地下厂房动力响应进行研究,分析了不同工况下厂房整体、局部结构自振特性和动力响应。结果表明:镇安抽水蓄能电站厂房抗振设计基本合理,楼梯和立柱作为厂房薄弱环节需重点关注;电站在低水头运行时,厂房结构动力响应明显增大,在实际运行中应合理调度,尽量减少低水头运行时长。研究结果可为类似工程设计提供参考。Due to the high water head,prominent problems of structural vibration in underground powerhouses and frequent start-stop of pumped storage power stations,the dynamic response analysis of underground powerhouses had received more attention as a key issue in the design and research of powerhouses.Taking Shaanxi Zhen′an Pumped Storage Power Station as an example,a solid model of the underground powerhouse was established using ANSYS finite element software.The natural vibration characteristics and resonance analysis of the powerhouse,as well as the dynamic response of the underground powerhouse under the action of unit load and pressure pulsation were studied.The overall and local structural natural vibration characteristics and dynamic response of the powerhouse under different working conditions were analyzed.The results indicated that the anti-vibration design of the Zhen′an Pumped Storage Power Station building was basically reasonable,and the stairs and columns,as weak links in the building,need to be given special attention.When the power station operates at a low head,the dynamic response of the plant structure increases significantly.In actual operation,reasonable scheduling should be carried out to minimize the duration of low head operation.The research results can provide a reference for the design of similar engineering projects.
