摘 要:目的研究思政示范课程联合案例教学在临床医学本科实习生急救技能教学中的有效性,探讨思政示范课程联合案例教学模式在急诊医学专业教学中的作用和价值。方法选取2021年度在我院急诊科轮转的60名临床本科实习生作为对照组,并选取2023年度在我院急诊科轮转的60名临床本科实习生作为研究组。对照组采用传统教学模式授课,研究组采用思政示范课程联合案例教学模式授课,观察比较两组实习生的急救技能考核(电除颤、胸外心脏按压、简易呼吸器的使用)成绩、课程满意度情况,以评估思政示范课程联合案例教学在本科急救技能教学中的价值。结果研究组实习生的急救技能考核成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组实习生的课程满意度比较,研究组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思政示范课程联合案例教学在急诊医学专业教学中取得良好的效果,该教学模式有助于提高实习生学习主动性,加深实习生对知识点的理解,培养实习生的职业精神,提高急救专业技能。Objective To examine the effectiveness of integrating the ideological and political curriculum combined with case-based learning in teaching first aid skills to undergraduate clinical medicine interns,and explore the role and value of a model of ideological and political curriculum combined with case-based learning in the teaching of the emergency medicine specialty.Methods In this investigation,Sixty undergraduate clinical interns rotating in our emergency department in 2021 were selected as the control group and 60 undergraduate clinical interns rotating in our emergency department in 2023 were chosen as the study group.The control group was taught in the traditional teaching mode,and the research group was trained in the ideological and political curriculum combined with case-based learning in the teaching mode.The observation was made to compare the scores of first-aid skills assessment(electric defibrillation,external chest cardiac compression,and the use of improvised respirator)and the course satisfaction of the interns of the two groups,to assess the value of the ideological and political curriculum combined with case-based learning in the teaching of undergraduate first-aid skills.Results The first aid skills assessment scores of the interns in the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the course satisfaction of the interns in the two groups,the research group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The model ideological and political curriculum combined with case-based learning has achieved good results in the teaching of emergency medicine,and this teaching mode is beneficial to improve students'learning initiative,deepen students'understanding of the knowledge points,cultivate interns'professionalism,and improve the professional skills of emergency medicine.
