摘  要:新一轮科学技术的变革和国家战略发展加大了对跨界工程技术人才的需求,行业企业需求与知识生产模式变革内在地要求卓越工程师具备工程专业能力和通用能力,而当前的跨界培养存在高校多学科培养计划落地有限、企业培养积极性有待提高和校企融合松散等问题。为此,卓越工程师的培养需要高校内部学科之间、高校与产业界之间的跨界融合。高校内部需要利用多学科优势制订跨学科培养方案、构建跨学科课程及采用项目式教学,通过校内导师提升学生专业理论水平;高校与产业之间需要加强融合,对接产业需求设置培养计划,设立产业实践项目提升学生工程实践能力,优选企业导师,发挥企业导师的实习指导作用。为保障上述具体路径的落实,需要完善顶层制度设计、变革课程教学模式和规范导师选拔规则。The new round of scientific and technological changes and national strategic development have increased the need for cross-border engineering and technical talents,and the demand of industry enterprises and the transformation of knowledge production models inherently require outstanding engineers to have the ability and quality of engineering professionals as well as general abilities.However,there are some problems in the current cross-border training of outstanding engineers,such as the limited implementation of multi-disciplinary training programs,the low enthusiasm of enterprises to train outstanding engineers and the loose integration of schools and enterprises.So,the cultivation of outstanding engineers requires the cross-border integration between disciplines within universities,between universities and industries.Universities need to use the advantages of multi-disciplines to develop interdisciplinary training programs,construct interdisciplinary courses and adopt project-based teaching,and improve students'professional and theoretical level through on-campus tutors.It also requires to strengthen the integration between universities and industries,launch training plans to meet industrial needs,set up industrial practice projects to enhance students'engineering practice abilities,and give full play to the internship guidance role of enterprise tutors that are carefully selected.To ensure the implementation of the specific paths mentioned above,it is necessary to perfect the top-level system design,reform the curriculum teaching mode and standardize the selection rules of tutors.
