摘　　要：大学德性是大学教育实践和文化理想的伦理基础,是大学力持续增长的伦理根基,更是大学追求文化理想与道德使命过程中形成的卓越品质。大学德性具有典型的渗透性、弥散性和实践性,是大学作为德性组织的核心象征。在建设高等教育强国的背景下,重建德性大学至关重要,这要求大学重视德性的培养,构建完善的道德生态系统和教育体系,以彰显其卓越的道德特质。University virtue is the ethical foundation of university educational practice and cultural ideals.It is the ethical foundation for the continuous growth of universities and an outstanding quality formed in the process of pursuing cultural ideals and moral missions.University virtue is typically characterized by its permeability,diffusion,and practicality and serves as an important symbol of the university as a virtue organization.In the context of building a strong higher education nation,the reconstruction of virtuous universities is crucial.Universities should focus on the cultivation of virtue,construct a complete moral ecosystem and educational system,and demonstrate the university's outstanding moral character.
