摘 要:随着数字智能技术的蓬勃发展,通过外部创新知识搜索与配置提高创新能力,成为企业应对当前极度不确定性环境的关键。文章以长三角地区294家高新技术领域企业为调查样本,实证分析了创新搜索对创新能力的作用机制。结果表明:外部创新搜索对企业创新能力增强存在显著正向作用;知识互补和战略诉求两种并购在外部创新搜索与创新能力间发挥部分中介作用;环境多样性正向调节知识互补以及战略诉求在外部创新搜索与创新能力间的中介作用。因此,文章提出应运用新思维洞察市场机会,通过并购完善知识领域,灵活制定创新战略,进而有效提升企业创新能力。With the booming development of digital intelligence technology,how to improve innovation capability through external innovation knowledge search and allocation has become the key for enterprises to cope with the current extremely uncertain environment.The article takes 294 enterprises in the high-tech field in the Yangtze River Delta region as a survey sample,the role mechanism of innovation search affecting innovation capability is explored through empirical methods.The results show that external innovation search has a significant positive effect on firms'innovation capabilities;two types of M&As,knowledge complementarity and strategic appeals,partially mediate the relationship between innovation search and innovation capabilities;environmental diversity positively moderates the mediating role of knowledge complementarity and strategic appeals in the relationship between external innovation search and innovation capabilities.Therefore,employing new thinking to discern market opportunities,engaging in complementary mergers and acquisitions to enhance knowledge,and flexibly formulating innovative strategies can effectively boost the capacity for innovation.
