癫痫病患者丙戊酸钠血药浓度监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨我院丙戊酸钠血药浓度的监测情况,促进丙戊酸钠的合理使用。方法抽取本院接诊的105例癫痫病患者丙戊酸钠血药浓度结果进行研究,统计丙戊酸钠血药浓度达标情况及性别、年龄、监测次数、合并用药对丙戊酸钠血药浓度的影响,并监测其不良反应。结果该次研究105例患者共监测160例次血药浓度,有45例患者的丙戊酸钠血药浓度在50~100μg/mL,达标率为42.86%。影响因素分析显示,年龄与丙戊酸钠的血药浓度有相关性。调整给药剂量后,丙戊酸钠血药浓度的达标率有所提高。结论临床应重视低龄患者丙戊酸钠的血药浓度监测,医生可根据血药浓度结果适时调整剂量。Objective To investigate the monitoring of sodium valproate blood concentration in our hospital,and promote the rational use of sodium valproate.Methods A total of 105 patients with epilepsy who were admitted to our hospital were selected for study.High performance liquid chromatography was used to monitor the blood concentration of sodium valproate.A statistical analysis was conducted on the conditions in which the blood concentration of sodium valproate reached the standard and the effects of gender,age,number of monitoring times and concomitant medication on the blood concentration of sodium valproate.The adverse reactions were monitored.Results In this study,160 blood concentrations of 105 patients were monitored.The blood concentration of sodium valproate in 45 patients was within the range of 50~100μg/mL,and the compliance rate was 42.86%.Analysis of influencing factors showed that age was correlated with the blood concentration of sodium valproate.After adjusting the dosage,the rate of achieving the target blood concentration of sodium valproate was improved.Conclusion Clinical attention should be paid to the monitoring of blood concentration of sodium valproate in young patients,and doctors can adjust the dosage in a timely manner according to the blood concentration results.
