摘  要:针对变刚度弹簧的力学性能问题,以铃铛型变刚度螺旋弹簧为研究对象,探究了几何参数对变刚度弹簧力学性能的影响。基于弹簧串联理论,提出铃铛型变刚度螺旋弹簧设计方法,通过参数化建模建立变刚度螺旋弹簧的三维模型,通过静态压缩试验验证了理论计算和有限元模型的正确性且仿真与实际测量值最大误差不超过10%。利用有限元软件Ansys分析了变刚度螺旋弹簧关键几何参数线径、节距和有效圈数对变刚度螺旋弹簧力学性能的影响规律,分析结果为变刚度螺旋弹簧设计和优化提供参考。Aiming at the mechanical properties of variable stiffness spring,the influence of geometric parameters on the mechanical properties of variable stiffness helical spring with bell type was studied.Based on the series theory of spring,a design method of bell-type variable stiffness helical spring is proposed.A three-dimensional model of variable stiffness helical spring is established through parametric modeling.The correctness of theoretical calculation and finite element model is verified by static compression test,and the maximum error between simulation and actual measurement is less than 10%.The influence of key geometrical parameters such as linear diameter,pitch and effective number of turns on the mechanical properties of the variable stiffness helical spring is analyzed by the finite element software Ansys.The analysis results provide a reference for the design and optimization of the variable stiffness helical spring.
