摘　　要：设计阶段的工程造价管理不仅关乎工程的安全性和功能满足,还直接影响经济效益。本文分析了工程设计管理在项目执行中负责监督设计过程和成果,确保设计质量、进度和投资控制,以避免因设计选择的不经济性导致的资源浪费。Project cost management in the design stage is not only related to the safety and functional satisfaction of the project,but also directly affects the economic benefits.This paper analyzes that engineering design management is responsible for supervising the design process and results and ensuring design quality,schedule as well as investment control during project implementation,so as to avoid the waste of resources caused by uneconomical design selection.
