摘 要:人力资源外包作为一种有效的策略,逐渐被中小企业采纳以优化其人力资源管理。本文旨在探讨中小企业在人力资源外包过程中如何构建长期合作关系与共赢机制,分析其对企业的重要性。提出选择合适外包商,控制外包成本,保护信息安全及隐私和文化融合与团队协作等策略,构建与外包商的长期合作与共赢机制,解决中小企业人力资源外包中存在的难题,以期为中小企业在人力资源外包实践中提供参考与指导,赋能中小企业更好地应对市场的激烈竞争,更好地履行中小企业经济在国民经济中的角色。As an effective strategy,human resource outsourcing is gradually adopted by small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)to optimize their human resource management.This article aims to explore how SMEs build long-term cooperation and win-win mechanisms in the process of human resource outsourcing,and analyze their importance to the enterprise.It proposes strategies such as selecting suitable outsourcing providers,controlling outsourcing costs,protecting information security and privacy,and promoting cultural integration and team collaboration to establish long-term cooperation and win-win mechanisms with outsourcing providers.By addressing the challenges in human resource outsourcing for SMEs,this article aims to provide reference and guidance for SMEs in human resource outsourcing practices,enabling them to better cope with the fierce market competition and fulfill their role and status in the national economy.
