摘 要:为提高采油厂某作业区抽油机井机采系统效率,实现节能减排目标,文中对国内外机采系统现状进行了研究,发现机采系统主要面临供液不足泵抽空和电动机存在多余功耗两个问题。为此设计应用了具有采集电参量数据、计算悬点载荷、控制抽油机等重要功能的采油井场智能测控系统,提出融合电参数和悬点载荷的油井间抽灰色控制模型,完成了系统核心智能测控单元的硬件设计和软件流程。该系统在11口油井进行现场应用,结果表明:能实现对悬点载荷的在线准确软测量,稳定性好,工程实用性强,满足油田现场的生产要求;可实现油井间歇抽油的自动控制,动态优化油井间抽参数,使油液抽汲过程与井筒渗流规律优化匹配;机采系统效率平均提升了2.73个百分点,日节电951.5 kWh,具有较好的工程应用价值。In order to improve the efficiency of mechanical production system of pumping well in a certain operation area of oil production plant and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction goals,the research has been conducting on the current situation of domestic and foreign mechanical production system.It is found that there are two main problems including insufficient liquid supply,pump evacuation,and excess power consumption of motor in the mechanical production system.Hence,designing and applying the intelligent measurement and control system of oil production well site which has important functions containing collecting electrical parameter data,calculating suspension point loads,and controlling pumping units.The grey control model for oil well interval pumping that integrated electrical parameters and suspension point loads is proposed,and the hardware design and software flow of the core intelligent measurement and control unit of the system are completed.The on-site application results of the system in 11 oil wells show that it can not only achieve online accurate soft measurement of suspension point load,with good stability and strong engineering practicality,which meets the production requirements of the oilfield site,but it can also achieve automatic control of interval pumping in oil wells,dynamically optimize the interval pumping parameters,and optimize the matching between the oil pumping process and the wellbore seepage rule.The average efficiency of mechanical production system has increased by 2.73 percentage points,with a daily energy saving of 951.5 kWh,which has good engineering application value.
