摘  要:全球关于6G技术的研究与开发正在如火如荼地进行,未来数字化技术会更加深刻地影响到人们的生活。以优化产品信息服务体验、加深用户对产品的认知为目标,通过梳理用户旅程,分析总结目前产品信息服务的痛点,并通过文献阅读总结6G技术的典型特征,从而结合6G技术特征提出面向6G技术的产品信息服务设计策略,为产品信息服务的数字化建设提供新的可能。Global research and development on 6G technology is in full swing,and digital technology will affect people's lives more profoundly in the future.With the goal of optimizing the experience of product information services and deepening users'knowledge of the products,the pain points of the current product information services were analyzed and summarized by sorting out the users'journeys and summed up the typical features of 6G technology through reading the literature,so as to put forward the design strategy of the product information services oriented to the 6G technology by combining with the features of the 6G technology,and to provide new possibilities for the digital construction of the product information services.
