摘　　要：孤独症儿童的自然主义发展行为干预在国际上已有多项研究验证其有效性。本研究开发了一种基于自然发展行为干预的本土干预方法,并对30名孤独症儿童进行了8周的单臂前后对照实验研究,以检验其对儿童孤独症核心症状和家长情绪压力的改善作用。研究发现,该干预方法对孤独症儿童的核心症状有显著的改善作用,同时也显著改善了孩子家长的焦虑和精神压力水平。本研究的结果为相关干预方法的有效性提供了科学的证据。Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions(NDBIs)for children with autism have been validated by numerous international studies for their effectiveness.This study developed a local intervention method based on NDBIs and conducted an 8-week pre-and-post control experimental study on 30 children with autism to examine its effects on the core symptoms of autism and parental emotional stress.The results showed that the intervention significantly improved the core symptoms of autism in children and also significantly reduced the anxiety and mental stress levels of the parents.The findings of this study provide scientific evidence for the effectiveness of related intervention methods.
